Little Addie Jayne's is happy to accommodate your return or exchange for any reason, on the condition they adhere within the following guidelines.

Returns or exchanges are accepted on domestic orders within 10 days from date of shipment and International orders within 20 days from date of shipment.

We recommend trying on all purchases once received, to ensure you have adequate time within our returns timeframe.

Please note: Little Addie Jayne's will not be held responsible for shipping and handling costs to return or exchange an item, unless the item was damaged or faulty.  If the item does not reach us safely, Little Addie Jayne's will not be held responsible.

Return Guidelines

Items must be in new, original condition with garment tags attached.  All items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.  We will not be held responsible for any items returned that are not in new condition.

There will be no returns on sale or discounted items.  All purchases on sale items are final.

Please note: If the item is not in stock for an exchange, a full refund will be issued once the item has been approved for return. 

 

 

How to return or exchange an item:

  1. Email jill@littleaddiejaynes.com to request a return / exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Please include your full name, reason for return, order number and which item/s you would like to return / exchange.
  3. Once your return has been approved, you will receive an email with your shipping label for your return item. 
  4. Once we have received your return item we will notify you and process your return / exchange within 7 business days.

 

 

Faulty Items

For faulty items please email jill@littleaddiejaynes.com so we can arrange for the faulty goods to be repaired or replaced as soon as possible.  Please note: This must be done within 24 hours of receiving the garment. 

You will need to return the item with all tags in place.  The garment must be unworn, unwashed, or altered in any way.

You will be compensated for postage on all faulty return circumstances.  We will assess the fault upon return of the garment and reserve the right to repair or replace. If the item is not in stock, a full refund will be issued.
