How do I contact you?
We love to hear from our costumers!  You can always reach us through our Contact Us page on the website or you can email us at jill@littleaddiejaynes.com.  

Do you have social media handles?
Yes, we do!  We currently have an Instagram account and a Facebook account.  Our Instagram is @littleaddiejaynes + #littleaddiejaynes and our Facebook account is Little Addie Jayne's. We love seeing our products that you have purchased!  You may even be featured on our accounts.  Tag away! :) 

How much does shipping/postage cost?
Shipping/postage prices will be calculated at checkout.  We use calculated weighted shipping.  That means your shipping cost will vary depending on the weight of your items in your order.  We have weighed every item on our website to make the shipping weight as close as possible to save you on shipping cost.  

How long will it take for my order to be sent?
All orders are packaged and sent within 2 business days, unless express shipping was selecting at checkout. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive once it has been posted?
All orders are packaged within 2 business days, unless express shipping was selected at checkout.  Standard domestic shipping takes between 3-5 days to arrive.  Priority shipping takes between 1-3 days to arrive.  International shipping takes between 10-21 days to arrive, and may be longer if the package gets held up at customs. 

Will my order be tracked? 
Yes, all of our packages are tracked.  

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally.  Most countries are added to the website.  If you do not see your country for shipping, please contact us by email and we will happily give you a quote and set it up. 

Will I be charged customs clearance fees?
Each country will have their own price for customs clearance fees.  This will be left up to the customer to work out.  If there are customs clearance fees, Little Addie Jayne's will not be held responsible.   

Will my package have insurance?
Please note:  No insurance is taken out on postage. Once your parcel has left the post office, Little Addie Jayne's is not responsible for replacing if stolen, missing or accidentally shipped to an old or invalid address provided by the customer..  We want to be as helpful as possible though, so please always email us if there is any issues with the delivery of your order and we will try our best to sort it out.  ***If you would like to add postage insurance to your order, please email us before placing your order.

Can I modify my existing order once it has been placed?
If you have already checked out and were wanting to add another item(s) to your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.  As long as your order has not already been shipped we should be able to assist you with this to help save you on shipping cost.  

Can I cancel my order?
An order cannot be canceled once it has been placed.  If you wish to return the item(s) once it arrives please see our return policy. 

How do I return a gift?
If you would like to return an item that was gifted to you, please contact us with the buyer’s name and order number (if known).  The buyer will not be contacted; it will simply help us find the order and act as proof of purchase.  Please see our return policy for product requirements.  Please indicate you are returning a gift in a note with the return—this way the buyer will not be contacted.  Otherwise, the return credit/refund will be applied to the buyer.  Once we get the package back, we will process the return, and we will give you a one-time-use coupon code in the amount of the return.  Please note:  Return shipping is paid by the customer. 

Do we accept returns?

Do we accept returns on sale items?
Sale items are final sale only and will not be accepted for refund, exchange or credit.

Can I exchange an item?

What do I do if I received a damaged/faulty item?
